About

The mission of the Friends of the Harriman Public Library is to promote and support the activities of the library. While the library is a tax funded institution, the reality of budget cuts is taking its toll on our public learning institutions. And libraries often fall to the bottom of the priority list. Whether its fundraisers or volunteering, the Library needs the community's support to continue its mission.
